I have searched all through my Scott Catalogs and have found no mention of these stamp overprints. Can any one help?
I can't seem to be able to upload my photo so I will describe it the best I can. It is the bottom half of a circle with 1 smaller circle offset to the left containing the Belgian Lion with a crown on top of his head.
I tried to upload a bmp, tiff and jpg picture without success.
Thanks.

Welcome. There is a short tutorial near the top of the left pane that takes you through the steps to upload a photo. JPG, only, and a 100KB size limit. With those two things taken care of, it should be fine.
A picture will help quite a lot...
Good luck. |

`Vorausentwertung` b7, according to Michel Katalog. On these stamps were used between 1967-75. Catalog value for MNH stamps is about 0,20 Eur. |

The numerals on yours are the smaller type, so posthorn and crown precancels 1967 |

The older precancels used to have a date. The more modern ones do not and have the postal logo only w/o a date. Thhere is also a definitive bird set with the same type of overprint that are precancels as well.

My mistake Peter, I had the franc values larger, but I see they were referring to the belgie-belgique at foot. Thanks for the correction.
