Need Help Identifying Okca Stamp

I am sorting a bundle, I recently bought, by country and can't figure this stamp out any help would be appreciated.

I believe it's from northern Russia but I could not find this tan color listed. I believe the value is 15 kopecks.

According to SG, this is North West Russia #3 [Northern Army]
issued in 1919.

In my old (1960) Scott it is Russia (Army of the North) 167

The answer was here on SCF all the time.

But you would not locate it because the poster
made the thread
"A couple of weird one I cany figure out"

That is why, if possible, for all members

even if the poster had used OCKA we could have revisited.

Good point Rod.

Also it helps to state the word / words / country / year / topic in the description. This can be found by Google if not by the SCF search.
