10k 1904 Typo, small shift up&bright, vertically laid paper and inverted groundwork.

30k 1940 German occupation, black green overprint, 0,12mm thick paper and thicker #3.

Both the Scott and Gibbons I have, just mention in commentary, they are not listed, as far as I can see.
Scott suggests $25 2009, no mention of thick paper.
Nice find.
.012 is certainly thick paper

Rod, Scott is not good for German and Eastern stuff, Michel is the way to go, 0,012 will be in thousands of inch and the caliper will be divided in 25 ,( no way this thing can measure in 0,001 mm ) what I see here it's 0,12 mm since the caliper is divided in 50, now 0,12 mm is .0047" , copy paper is 0,004"

and the 2009 $ 25 is probably for the set , look at the 2013 ( last image )

Honestly the chance is close to zero that a person would notice 0.05 mm difference with normal human visual capabilities it's different story when you have both stamps in hand
