Austria newspaper stamp Scott P9. There are 3 types to differentiate.

Type III if you look at the way the top of the vignette cuts into the side ornaments. This is the commonest type.

I am not sure about this imperf stamp if it's Austrian or Russian thanks for sharing your opinion
