Queen Victoria 3d Purple On Yellow Value?

Can someone please tell me the value of this stamp?

It has a catalogue of a few dollars, and here in the U.S., it probably sells for a dollar, or so. Yours looks like it is in pretty good condition; the design is centered a little low (bigger top margin) on yours.

However, the oval cancel could be an issue. If it is a "Registered" mail cancel, it is probably okay, but if it is a fiscal/revenue cancel, then the stamp is less desirable to most collectors. I can't make out the writing on the cancel, but someone else may recognize it anyway as one or the other.

There is a variety on orange paper that is worth a lot of money.
