Still scanning... Here are some early Italian and a perfin. Any help with numbers would be nice. Thanks.

Somalia Sc# 11, 1906-1907

Then the 15c blue looks to be #23, Type II, from 1863.

The "1" is 24, the "2" is 25

Yes, first is Italian Somaliland 1907 Scott 11.
