The scan shows a Bavarian Telephone Stamp (Telephone Ticket).
It shows a 10pf stamp which paid for a 5 minute telephone call at an official (public) telephone booth (station).
These were usually located in Post Offices, as the Post Department was responsible for telephones as well. Most private houses did not have telephones at that time.
