Thanks for the previous help and now I have two more that need identifying. Trying to clear these up before starting on a new group and I can't seem to find what country they are from.
Thanks!

Yes, Red Cross Conference in 16. July 1946. Overprint on a 1945 Albanian set, the set has 6 values, this one is the second. I can give a Michel Catalogue number, Albania 1946, Mi nr. 366.

This ia a Spanish propaganda label from the Spanish Civil War. It is from Amigos de la Union Sovietica (Friends of the Soviet Union). It says "Homage to the U.S.S.R., 1937". There were many designs of these stamps and the one shown was also printed in blue.

VACANCES A LA URSS

I wonder if the Soviet Union was a great place for a vacation
in 1937 ?
Especially during the time of the Purges.

The title and the caption on the Spanish label are in Catalan and I have some similar ones cancelled with a Barcelona postmark.
