I am hoping the I can get someone to translate Albanian and maybe tell me about this document and I am also hoping someone can help me with the BOB stamp (I think it is an Albanian Revenue). Sorry the scans are so big, it took three for the whole document. 1) top part 2) bottom left corner 3) bottom right corner

Nice document,
showing your "double headed eagle"

(The double headed eagle has it's genesis from the
seal of skanderberg)

Shqiperia = land of the eagles.

Your revenue shows yet another way to spell Albania SHQYPTAR
(I think there are ten versions)

Thanks, now if I just knew what it said. I could have sworn one of the thread recently featured someone translating Albanian.

jhlovell, it is some kind of cadastre proof... a land patent... a document which are proving that someone have some real estate somewhere. the little columns under the word "tapi" (which means "a deed"), are for details where the real estate is (county, town etc.), in the columns under it are descriptions of it etc.

and Foni(?) Filip(!) is the name of the owner :)

no problem, you can always ask me for Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian (both languages and toponyms) clearly, and I can also understand something from all other Slavic languages (Czech, Macedonian, Slovenian, Slovakian, Polish, Russian etc.)... and, at last, something (but not too much) also on Turkish and Albanian.

As Filipo said, it is a property document, proof of ownership (Vërtetim zotnimi). It is number 27 in some register of the Korça prefecture, city of Korça, Mano neighborhood. The item (sendi) in question is half of an undivided house. "Kufitarët" gives the boundaries: surrounded by a public road and three neighbors (the first two names look like Kristaq Ramushi and Stefan Symara - I cannot decipher the third name).

Sipërfaqja is the area - it is left blank. Filip Foni is the previous owner. Rredhja e pasunis is the "flow of the property" - in this case a sale ("je"). The current owner is Vani Nikolla Viso. The sales price was 1500 gold franks.

The paragraph covered by the photobucket logo states that after testimony by the town elders at the property registration office (cadastre), the title is givevn to Vani Nikolla Viso. Then you have the required signatures, the stamp and seal.
