"Are these actual buses with rubber tires?"

Yes, the Adelaide O-Bahn vehicles use real tyres. Here is some information on this guided bus service:

I suppose I've procrastinated about this "project" long enough, so here, and in the following two posts, are images of the fourteen engraved stamps in a set depicting various early automobiles, issued by Monaco on June 13, 1961, Scott Nos. 485-98, SG Nos. 634-47. Henri Malartre (1906-2005) was an antique car collector; many of his cars are now displayed in the Henri-Malartre Antique Automobile Museum, which he opened in 1960 and is located near Lyons, France.

The Croisière noire ("Black Cruise") was a successful publicity event staged to raise awareness of the Citroën automotive brand within France. From October 28, 1924 to June 26, 1925, eight Citroën half-tracks traveled from Colomb-Béchar, Algeria to southern Africa. Here are the four airmail stamps in a set commemorating the journey of this motor caravan, designed and engraved by Pierre Forget, and issued by Niger on December 12, 1969, Scott Nos. C115-118.
