This was posted elsewhere but it fits in here too.

Registered from Olympia, Namibia with two airmail etiqettes showing the Namibia Post Logo.

Also, an incorrect usage of an incoming registered label within Israel. The stickers have not been affixed to the correct forms which means this was not signed for.
This practice no longer exists. [I can see why]

While damaged, this cover still "sparkles" for me.

That is an amazing cover!
It has a seal
A registration number
It is "carded" and has another number
It has a cachet
It has a official seal
It has a signature

and the circled "20" may be a bulk rate.

That's busy!
