Hi,

I'm having trouble determining which scott catalog number an early 1920's German stamp is (Iron Workers Stamp from 1921 or 22). The catalog indicates that 144 is perf 14 with Lozenge watermark. 168 is supposed to be 14x14.5 with the fishnet or network watermark.

What I have is definitely the fishnet watermark, but seems to be just perf 14 on all sides.

So, not sure what to make of it.

Thanks,

Dave

I read the catalogue description of "14, 14.5" to say that it would be either 14 or 14.5. If they meant compound they would have used "14x14.5."

Does that seem like it makes sense?

C.

Oh, you're right, I read it as 14x14.5 Thanks, that does clear it up for me.
