There is no picture of these sheet in Scott either 335a or the overprint one in 1970. It looks like the United Nations ovpt include "Peace, Justice and Progress" and "Remember Palistine". Most Arab countries support Palestine so it's not a surprise to read that on an Irak souvenir sheet in 1970. The ovpt is in English and they make a relation between the 25 th anniversary of UN and the message "Remember Palistine". It is a political message that the nations of the world don't forget Palestine in his struggle to defend their land and have a country.
