Hi folks,

Can someone explain the overprint on this French Indochina stamp?
I have misplaced my C-F catalog (somewhere in the apartment).

"Kwang-Chow," (Kouang Tcheou-Wan) overprint / surcharge stamps of Indo-China stamps used for French naval base, 1922, Dec. 31: all post offices closed.

Smauggie, you have either a very large apartment, or a very messy one

Thanks Rod.

Messy, Rod. There are still stacks and piles from the move. Also I moved bedrooms recently, and I think that is when I misplaced it.
