Can anyone help me identify the mark on this French Colonies stamp? No "normal" cancel seems to be visible.

Not sure if I'm seeing "1" or "L" or what...

Thanks for looking.

With advance apologies for bumping my own question, anyone have an idea of what is going on with this stamp?

Just to let you know, I exhauseted my search,
I had a feeling it was something like MOVIL
for what reason?..I had no idea, just fancied I had
seen it on French stamps,
perhaps it was Boite Mobile..who knows.

I can take it over to my French colleagues on another NG if you wish.

To save you time, I spent quite a while
on the "grand chiffres" site, and checked every
rectangular cancel strike, none similar.

That is a tough one, it could be starting as "TO" or "TU" or ending as "OL".
