just thinking out loud here, so take it with a grain of salt. but I would guess the CSPT would be Cesko-Slovenkso Post Telegraf (Czechoslovakia). if it was Croatian, it would most likely be HPT for Hrvatske PT

Kuhli,

How correct you are!
I used to exchange "junk" with a Croatian collector
and presumed they were Croatian by default,
He advised me and I didn't correct the file name

We used to exchange meter stamps, indicia, registration labels
etc & etc.

S O S, I believe?

New Zealand also has the two health stamps (Scouting?) with code in the frames...we discussed them a while back, and showed one.
