Here is an image of a stamp depicting soldiers maintaining (rather precariously!) telegraph lines, designed by Belgian artist Jean Van Noten (1903-1982), printed by photogravure (Joh. Enschedé), and issued by Congo (Democratic Republic) on November 17, 1965 as one of a set of six stamps publicizing the "Army Serving the Country," Scott No. 556.
