This 2021 Russia stamp arrived via Postcrossing... I am pretty sure by the spots it is a Jaguar and NOT a Leopard BUT I may be wrong...

I've found one source that states that is a LEOPARD... the Russia PO website isn't very helpful...

A tiger (14.5mm paw to tail) is featured on the 20 1/2p value (SG #1228) of Great Britain's October 5, 1983 four-stamp "British Fairs" set.

Hmm…Did the designer intend to make the tiger's tail look like a snake?
