There are two postal savings that I can see thanks to Rod posting of an exact duplicate, but I don't have any numbers. Scott won't have them I don't believe, but SG could and maybe someone could tell me I hit the jackpot. The other two I could not find a thread for and could not find. Please help - Thanks - Jeff

Bottom two are revenues. They don't have their own thread here yet, but I've posted one or two in the Worldwide Revenue thread. Top right is unissued, due to the U.S. military administration of Cuba for a few years starting in 1898. I'm pretty sure top left isn't Cuba. Spain, I think, though I wouldn't rule out one of the overseas colonies. It is a revenue, in any event.

Collin, I could swear when I typed GIRO under search I got a portuguese revenue thread and Rod had a postal savings stamp exactly like me, but maybe I did not see a difference in the stamps that was there. Thanks for your help.

It is completely possible that I didn't use the word "Giro" in my post...likely, even. I should do better with describing with a word or two what it is that I'm posting as a scan.

As an aside, if anyone hasn't looked at the worldwide revenue scans thread, I think it has some great stuff.

And it could use a bump. I've probably bumped it a few too many times.

I have posted them before under Cuba Revenues Jeff,
but don't worry, a common mistake when you try and absorb
too much, too quickly.

The Spain Cuba Puerto Rico etc revenues and Telegraph
stamps can become confusing.

I have never seen a "derechos de firma" before.
Possibly land tax?

Derecho de Entrega: (Sp.) delivery fee in addition to normal postage, collected by postman, except for mail from abroad.
Derechos de Firma: (Sp.) documents fee, revenue issue of the Philippines, re-overprinted as provisionals, 1880-90.
Derecho Judicial: Judicatory Fee; revenue stamps of Philippines, re-overprinted as provisionals, 1880-90.

The revenues are well known,
perhaps you could consider changing the thread title
to "Derechos de Firma Revenues", for future students.
