Actually, the haemophilia came from the outbreeding. It was something coming from Alfonso's wife Victoria Eugenia, a grand daughter of the Queen Victoria of Britain, whose descendency spread haemophilia across European Royal famílies, as in the case of the Romanov. The Zarevitch was also haemophilic.

The hemophilia in his oldest and youngest sons came via his wife, Victoria Eugenia (granddaughter of Queen Victoria of Great Britain).
