Lost again guys :(
I would like to know what are these and if there is an actual value, I was looking on 1971 Scott Catalogues, Vols. 1 and 2....as usual for this newbie, no go :(

Best Regards,

These are revenue/fiscal stamps, so they won't be found in Scott, either. You must have an accumulation of revenues tucked in among your postage stamps....

You are right, I have quite an amount of that kind of stamps. What I don't know is if that will be a good thing :P

Well, I like them, but a lot of stamp collectors don't.

They have a mini-following among SCF posters, though, which I think must show that we are an enlightened bunch.

[edit: better add one of these... ]

Be still my beating heart...very neat.

Those last items are from Hessen-Darmstadt, a German state that never issued a postage stamp.

So, not only won't you find those stamps in Scott, you won't find that "country" in Scott, making it a real headscratcher.

Keep sharing...
