Top 3 stamps are Cuban telegraph stamps. [EDIT: sorry, they are NOT telegraph stamps. The telegraph stamps have a different inscription.]
Resources to catalog these 4 stamps:
Telegraph and Telephone Stamps of the World (by Hiscocks) Forbin Catalog (revenues)
I believe all 4 stamps are listed in Forbin. A few members here have these catalogs, so hopefully they can chime in. |

The bottom stamp is Forbin Cuba Public Debt #4 (assuming I'm translating it properly). There were two values issued each year, more or less, for four years. Yours is the higher value from 1896.
The first three are not as clear to me. They are listed as Forbin Cuba Timbre Movil #26. I think that relates to import/export usage.
However, I don't think Forbin is correct on that. (Keep in mind the last Forbin was issued in 1915.) I think they are unissued postage stamps, prepared but rendered unnecessary by the U.S. military administration of Cuba, from 1898 to 1902. I would like a definitive answer on this, though. |

Collin is correct about the top 3 stamps. I stand corrected. I went back and read an earlier thread and realized I did not read the last post in that thread. This thread also shows a clip from the Forbin catalog. https://goscf.com/t/7686 |

That one is Cuba Timbre Movil #18 in Forbin. There are 5c and 25c varieties for 1896.
One of the reasons why I think Forbin might be wrong with regard to the 1898-1899 stamps that they had listed as Timbre Movil revenues is that the Timbre Movils were issued in 5c and 25c values, only, for several years, all with a similar design. Then, these 1898-1899 stamps arrive on the scene, listed in denominations of 1c, 2c, 3c, 4c, 5c, 10c, 15c and 25c. Much more like regular postal issues, to my eye.
