Nells250 - that is 1 of 2 from the "Prefecture series"
this was issued on Feb 22, 1999 as Z273 & Z274 (Scott #).
BUT ... may also be the 2006 reprint issue that is NOT listed.
Unless you have the selvage, you can't tell the difference.
I also don't have the selvage/margin.

Postal Stationery pf China 2020.
Similar to postal stationery from 2002 - the same design of imprinted stamp, but different face value.
The stamp from 2002 has a value of 0.80 when the stamp 2020 has a value of 1.20.

According to the text on the reverse side of the cover, the new face value introduced in 2009. The cachet of postal stationery from 2020 shows reconstruction of the Chinese Duck-billed Dinosaur (Hadrosaur)- Shantungosaurus, insted of his fossilized skeleton on postal stationery from 2002.

Shantungosaurus, meaning "Shandong Lizard", is a genus of saurolophine hadrosaurid dinosaurs who lived in Late Cretaceous perid (100-65 million years ago) on the territory od modern China.

There are only one species of the dinosaur - Shantungosaurus giganteus, the largest Hadrosaur known to date. It was up to 17 meters long and have weighed as much as 16 tonnes.

First described in 1973, Shantungosaurus is known from over five incomplete skeletons. Chinese scientist Xing Xu and his colleagues indicate that Shantungosaurus is very similar to and shares many unique characters with Edmontosaurus, forming a Asian node of Edmontosaurus–Shantungosaurus clade, based on the new materials recovered in Shandong.

I had always doubted the postal validity of Guinea's 1987 prehistoric animal series until I found this one actually used on cover! Postmarked 2/8/88, from Conakry to Göttingen, featuring the 50F Dimetrodon stamp from the series (I know Dimetrodon isn't a dinosaur... it's a synapsid... but this seems to be the best thread to post it on).
