OK here we go again, these stamps are not supposed to be perforated. Does anyone know what is up with these. Another country? forgery? Did I miss something in the Scott book?? Thanks as always - Jeff

Hi,

The index at the back of my Scott's says that "Litwa" is Central Lithuania. The top one looks to be No 1 the second no 2.

And in a "D'OH" moment, you already have the country figured out looking at the subject a little closer :)

Dave

ps: Central Lithuania is in Volume II in my 2007 set.

Indicates that these can either be perf 11.5 or imperf.

Hi Jeff, Scott is being lazy here! The heading means that the stamps come both perf 11.5 and imperf. They should have listed them separately.

From Polish occupation of Cent. Lithuania. That answers the question I was going to ask you 'Why does it say Poczta (Poland)
Now I know.
