timbres, your letter has not arrived yet.....but I am sure it soon will .

Today I received a [what would have been] lovely packet from Dianne. A lovely Old Glory Booklet and some advertising glassines [where does she get them from?]. Sadly, the packet had been for a swim somwhere between Canada and Israel and it appears only the frogs on the envelope and inserted card were appreciative of this !

However, all is not lost. I will be able to press the two booklet panes and hopefully they will be fine for display, as I do not have one in my Flag Collection.

Must express my many thanks to you Dianne and to I_Love_Stamps (Jeff) for some wonderful collections of stamps to sort and play with. Some excellent surprises and treasures.
Seems this past year on SCF I've managed to collect more than just stamps.
