Great envelope arrived from londonbus, with a thoughtful little gift that relates to something from two or so years ago. A memory like an elephantbus! Thanks much. Safe travels. C. |

Londonbus - I received a super package this afternoon containing the sale items as well as the SCF Donation Auction material. As I opened the package and examined the booty, to say that I was estatic would be an understatement - stamps, envelopes, labels ...! I became the proverbial boy in the candy store. Thanks so much Londonbus. I will be spending many happy hours with this material! |

Thanks to doug2222 for reference material needed for a new collecting endeavor. The cover laden with hand-cancelled stamps was an added bonus! |

Thanks Russ. I found a cinderella to post on your stock exhibition thread, and promptly misplaced it amongst 5000 other images. I'll post it when it becomes regurgitated.

LB, the package arrived safely...barely as the outer envelope was tore open but the inner envelope which held the contents was intact. Post office must have got a little rough with it :) Everything inside as fine and dandy !! Thanks again for a great auction ! |

A big thanks to Doug2222 as the Prexies arrived safely and the little bonus for my Son was very well received as you will soon find out. I never really got into the Prexie set but now having them mounted in their vario's in my US binder, I must say that they are an appealing set.
Thanks again, Rob |

Actually overpaid by 1/4 cent, the minimum amount you can overpay with standard U.S. postage. But some of the decimalized transportation coils would let you overpay by 0.001 cent, if you can do the math.
I have the local Post Office clerks well-trained, and they are accustomed to seeing as many as 20 stamps on an envelope. I have a LIFETIME supply of small-denomination discount postage to use up, including over 1300 1c stamps of 7 types. My discount postage goes back to the issue of 1922 (no gum, off-center, torn, etc.). The gas, electric, and telephone companies get some marvelous covers, LOL LOL. |
