Just hunted down and bought on ebay what I consider a "nice" postally used cover with the 1988 San Marino motorcycle "stamp on stamp" showing one of my favorite stamps the San Marino 1954 Moto Guzzi stamp.

I really like postally used covers in my collecting interest... they add some variation to the collection.

regards
Gavin

Not a motorcycle stamp... even if at a glance it looks like it!
Cover from Switzerland with printed "stamp" on cover that looks to me to be a Italian Piaggio scooter made for the postal service.
Being Italian it falls in my collectiong interest. :)

Gavin

Here is the set of stamps from Norfork Island that are one of motorcycle stamp collection's oddities and "holy grail" item.
They only mention motorcycling on the peal off part on the back of the mint stamp.... so no used example can exist.

Rare and interesting items. (Which I have in my collection and would sell)

Regards
Gavin

Found this one last night, the bike is an Italian Vespa stamp so a part of my topical collection!
Overnight I bought a mint and used sheet and a artist signed FDC and I have bid on the standard FDC.

Nice additions to my collection.
Regards
Gavin

My latest find is a block of four of the Italian 1996 Vespa yellow error. Great addition to my collection!

I have full sheets of those NZ stamps here somewhere. I bought them new at the time. Plus a few covers. I really should sell them as they are not now a part of my main collection.

Just back from putting an order in at Malta post.
Ordered two full sheets of the Vespa stamps, one cancelled and one mint, FDC, folder and minisheets.... can't afford it but what the hell!

Now I just need to keep an eye out for postally used covers.

Regards
Gavin
