The top part of the missing ink possibly a freak. The bottom of the "5" is the stamp impression lifted off via mutilation, stuck to another stamp, scratched in transit etc & etc.
One of my more favoured stamps, lovely design, and with a couple of Wyverns at the bottom. It's a pity this design wasnt a bi colour on a bigger format stamp.
