A water buffalo is depicted on one of two stamps in Thailand's June 14, 2019, release marking the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations with the Philippines.

In the Philippines, this animal is known as a carabao which is the namesake of Thailand's most popular rock band (the members formed the group while attending university in the Philippines).

In Thailand, the water buffalo is known as kwai. This is used as a derogatory term meaning "slow" or "stupid" as buffaloes are not well-regarded in this country. But everyone rocks out at concerts by the band Carabao so go figure...

On January 10, 1997 Singapore issued a set of 2 stamps (S.G. #s 861-2) for the Chinese New Year (Year of the Ox). During 1997, three "Year of the Ox" miniature sheets were issued for 3 international stamp shows: February 12, Hong Kong '97 (S.G. #MS863), May 29, Pacific '97 San Francisco (S.G. #MS895), and November 19, Shanghai '97 (S.G. #MS913). The Shanghai '97 souvenir sheet is shown here.

The regular sheet stamps were produced as single-value panes of 50. The 2 stamps were also sold in smaller, se-tenant sheets of 18, arranged so that se-tenant pairs could be collected vertically or horizontally.

The low value sheet stamps are inscribed "for local addresses only", while the low values on the miniature sheets are inscribed "22c".

On June 4, 1969 Berlin issued a souvenir sheet with 4 different stamps to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the Berlin Zoo. The 30 pf. stamp (Mi. 340) from the sheet depicts a gaur, which has previously appeared on different stamps on this thread (page 9).

From Wikipedia, "The gaur (Bos gaurus), also called the Indian bison, is the largest extant bovine. It is native to South and Southeast Asia...The global population has been estimated at maximum 21,000 mature individuals by 2016. It declined by more than 70% during the last three generations."
