I found this on the web :

Stamp overprinted with new design: Shadow and Fur

Following on from the artistic overprint of the Euro 0.51 definitive depicting the "Schönlaterngasse" (Beautiful lantern alley) the remaining definitives, which no longer correspond to the new tariffs, have now likewise been overprinted with the new standard value of 55 cents. Students of the University for Applied Arts in Vienna were invited to compete in the production of the best design. The task was to create original graphic designs with which the old nominal values would be overprinted. The students of 2 master classes set about the project with great enthusiasm and came up with excellent, innovative and unexpected ideas. The best designs were selected by a panel of judges in conjunction with the Austrian Post AG and are now available as stamps. In 2005 eight definitives were reissued as the new overprinted Euro 0.55 stamps.

Euro 0.87 – with the help of shadows and a drawing of a zebra hide the cow from Inneralpbach has been transformed into a "cowbra".

Rod222 has shown the cover of the catalogue of the Bundi Sacred Cows stamps, so here are a few of the actual stamps:

The first of the series: the 1914 ½ Anna, SG 18

The high values came with a decorative border:

The 4 Rupee of 1917, SG 48

The design was also overprinted for use as Cash Coupons, a substitute for low denomination coinage which was in short supply, during WWII

3 Pies and 1 Anna types (1 Anna was worth a bit more than 1 US cent at the time)

And a cinderella from WWI:

The 'Our Day' fund-raising stamp, with the name in the top tablet replaced with 'Our Day', the bottom value tablet replaced with the name of the State, Bundi, and 'One Anna' in the bottom margin. Gibbons describes these stamps in a footnote, and says that there is no evidence they were used for postage. This one, though, does appear to be postmarked.

Finally, the Bundi coat of arms, with cow supporters:

The 6 Pies (= ½ Anna) of 1941, SG 80

I had no clue what rod222 meant by "air mail lozenges,"
so I googled it, and first thing that came up was his very own explanation from last year on this very same site.

Thank you very much, rod222, for teaching me something new this morning.
