Riverside Stamp show happens every second Sunday of the month at the Spellman Museum of stamps (http://www.spellman.org) in Weston, MA, except in May.

Will be my first next month.

Ramanandn, wish I lived in eastern Canada so I could visit the museum and attend the show. My wife wants to go back to visit New England and the Canadian Maritimes, so I will keep it in mind. Thanks for posting.

They even had a stamp bazaar couple of months ago where apparently dealers and collectors sold quite a bit for cheap. I missed that one. Think it happens twice a year; will find out more about that and post details here.

Cheers
Ram

Thanks for posting this Ram. I have family in the Boston area and will be sure to check out the Spellman Museum the next time I'm in the area!

Jeff... that would be awesome. At least I could tag along with a hugely knowledgeable person. I hardly know anything about Type I, II, the cancellations etc.

I did attend the show day before yesterday; came back very humbled, very aware of how little I knew and how miniscule my collection is . I was one of those annoying people (for the dealers) who don't have much to spend but would like to look around anyway.

If I did not have a particular Scott number I was looking for or in the market to buy a collection, I guess I had no business being there. But it a great experience all the same.
