New Purchases - Union Of South Africa 1/2d Springbok

My two latest purchases :

1) ½d Hyphenated Pictorials - Group 2 - Unscreened

I bought this because of the vertical line going through the whole stamp on the left side (English Stamp)



2) ½d Hyphenated Pictorials - Group 3 - Unscreened : Official Overprint

Official reading up and Offisieel reading down. diaresis on second "ë"



Following on from another post where the 2s6d value came to light, this stamp has many printings, colours and varieties. Collecting the pictorials from the Union will give you hours of fun/headaches.
