Welcome dapperdan, from another Portugal collector! I am not aware of custom mounts for Portugal. I order various standard sizes and trim as needed with a guilhotine. The only other option would be to buy hingeless Portugal pages, which will already have the correct sized mount in place. If someone knows otherwise, I am sure they will speak up.
Much as Duarte has suggested, I've used top-opened mount strips, such as Hawids, to mount my Portugal collection. I'd suggest you get a nice variety of sizes and a cutter and you should be able to mount things nicely.
On my side I only collect Portugal up to 1952 and the pages from Scott were really not a big deal. But, if I were collecting Portugal to the present, and this goes for many many countries, given their issuing policies, I'd be sorely tempted to print out my own pages and ditch the commercial path.
I recently looked at France pages for 2010 and for Lighthouse pages with mounts, it's a really lot of money. I mean they issue something like almost 200 stamps in a year?
