The 2009 Scott catalogue lists only one variety of the 2k with the 'Deutschoesterreich' overprint, the light blue (#167) However, as the picture shows, the overprint also appeared in the dark blue. In fact, I have 7 dark blue copies compared to just 1 light blue.

Does anyone with other sources of information about Austrian stamps know whether this stamp is listed for both colours?

1919, grey-blue (graublau) and dark blue (dunkelblau), perforation 12.5. Look for Grey-blue perf. 11.5, it has higher CV, according to an Austrian Catalogue from 97/98. Here the CV for used, but in schilling :(, anyway, for a comparison:
2 Kr. grbl. perf. 12.5 = 1 Sch.
2 Kr. dbl. perf. 12.5 = 2 Sch.
2 Kr. grbl. perf. 11.5 = 1500 Sch.

Via some Googling, this is from an older Michel Austria Specialized (2008?). I know Michel changed their catalog numbers slightly in 2010/2011, but I don't have mine handy to confirm that the varieties are the same in the latest version. Values are in Euro, MH/MNH/Used/Cover

Perf L 12.5
Light greenish blue -- .10/.20/.10/20
Grey ultramarine -- .20/.40/.10/25
Cloudy blue -- .50/1/1/25

Perf L 11.5
Blue -- 110/220/120/300
