Does anyone have information on this stamp? I believe the red stamp is an overprint but not sure.

not 100%, but I believe the overprint is for the Hungarian occupation of Debrecen, Romania, after WWI (1919).

Hi, this is a 1909 Romanian stamp showing King Carol later overprinted for use as a regular stamp in 1919 with the monogram of King Frederik who had become king in 1914.

The Debrecen stamps that kuhli mentioned have a similar overprint on Hungarian stamps. That overprint isn't the same but it also includes King Frederik's monogram.
