Hi londonbus1, glad I have whetted your appetite..... I too usually only find things singly or, at best, a few at a time. This album is an exception and has given me a head start on expanding my exhibition/event collection beyond the pre-1952 era that I have concentrated on up until now. So far I have scanned some 80-plus pages (about one third of the total album material). I will post a seperate thread soon and will limit it to the pages that include what seems to be cinderella material and exclude the many miniature event postage stamp sheets, event covers, publicity material, etc that are also present, interesting though this material is. Very nice Mac.
If you 'got them for a steal', you can just place them on your sales thread and I will 'steal' them off you !

Londonbus1.....Or better still, just send them to me and save time !

Lets put some life to this classic thread.

In 1958 the Centre Excursionista del Vallès, a trekking club of Sabadell (20 km N of Barcelona) issued a mini-sheet of 9 ruletted cinderellas to celebrate its 50th anniversary Printed in different colours, and written in the then compulsory Spanish language, it shows some Catalan mountains and country landscapes. Some of the cinderellas were overprinted with a text (in Spanish) to advertise the philatelic exhibition held on the club premises from October 11th to 19th 1958 (the other colours can be viewed on the Barcelona and Catalonia cinderellas thread).

Cinderellas show #: 1 (Sant Llorenç de Munt), 3 (Montserrat) & 4 (Montseny) shows mountains in Central Catalonia; #:2 (Els Encantats), 9 (Aneto)& 10 (la Molina)mountains and landscapes on the Pyrenees#: 8 the Pedraforca on the pre-Pyrenees range; # 5 & 6 Sant Cugat del Vallès XII century Monastery, close to Sabadell.

What a stunning thread! Thankyou so much for reviving it.
I've got a couple more to add.
The first was shown early on by James (where'd you go? hope you're watching) from the 1939 Chicago Philatelic Society. A bit sad I fear, but noble none the less.

A 1941 sheet from the 4th Exhibition of the North East Stamp Club at the Kensington YWCA in Philadelphia.

and though not an exhibit label, a diminutive members label from the National Philatelic Society (USA). Only 22mm across

I've also got these Canadian covers, shown before, from the Canadian Association for Philatelic Exhibitions Inc. touting the 1951 CAPEX show in Toronto.

This first one sports this label on the back.

That label design appears as a cachet on the next cover.

For the sake of completeness, here are the other two...no green in sight:

These aren't uncommon, are they?
