Have these 2 labels in my collection and was wondering if anyone had more info about them.

The first looks to be a children's fundraiser or some sort. I have only seen it a few times online, and one site listed it as from France and another from Luxembourg. I have also not been able to date it.

The second labels text translates to Parrish Library, so I assume it's for raising money to construct a library. As it is Spanish I assume it's from Spain but not entirely sure. Also haven't been able to date it.

The first one, with bilingual french/german text,is definitely from Luxembourg.
It was issued in 1908 and depicts Princess Marie-Adelaïde

A number of "sellos parroquiales" stamps are listed on Todo Colección. They are Spanish, and from the early Franco era. They exist in several colours.

The problem with Todo Colección is that no one describes what they offer. I see a listing under civil war and under 1950-1976. Todo Colección is a bit like Etsy: the biggest garbage is posted there by people hoping to get money for something they found on the municipal garbage dump.

They were fund raising labels for parish libraries.

This listing on ebay is for your blue label. They also list a red one. The company listing it is a big dealer. You might try to contact them and ask for information. (Answering to emails is not common in Spain).
