This one has me flummoxed,
A stamp? has value tablet of 10c
the gentleman?
the medal at the bottom of the vignette?

Very nice one Rod. That Memphis one is from our club back in it's heyday. We are much smaller now and the youngster of the club is me, most all others 65 to 75 plus years old.

Rod, the bearded gentleman is part of the art deco artwork that adorns the interior of the Rockefeller Centre.

I'm glad that you appreciate it 1775 mac,
we must thank revenue collector for selling it to me
but more importantly, those unheralded souls who
collected all and sundry, for us in the later generations to adore.
I hope I am doing them justice, I keep/collect all sorts of
junk that hopefully someone else will enjoy later.

how silly of me, he adorns the self stick stamps
I have been cleaning, I'll kick myself in the butt
for not realising that.
Yeah, a very, very nice piece of artwork.
