Thanks Rod.
Australia 2011 personalised sheet of 20 stamps.
These are on ebay by SydneyStampCentre in Sydney Australia.

Side note, I have noticed while searching that the search engine / program on SCF does not find personalized when searching for personalised and vice versa also.

Canada personalized stamps thread (Picture Postage):
https://goscf.com/t/8790&SearchTerm...ture,postage

USA personalized stamps thread (Zazzle, Stamps.com, Endicia):
https://goscf.com/t/14307&SearchTerms=zazzle

When searching ebay, Bidstart, Delcampe, Wensy, etc for these stamps . . .
US English . . . .personalized
British English . personalised
French . . . . . .personnalisé (note the double n's)
Spanish . . . . . personalizado
German . . . . . .personalisierte

Mostly you can get around all the differences by searching with a wild card character '*' thus 'personal*' finds all except French. That is, if the seller decides to use the word personalised or some such.

Canada stamps on ebay are usually called 'Picture Postage' and Australian called 'P Stamps' or similar. Other countries may have their own nicknames.

Thanks Puzzler for an image of a 20 stamp sheet and info.

We have decided on three images and two stamps.
It has created a lot of interest here.

Nice to have the family back to being excited about stamps again.lol
Yesterday they were $24, today they are $25 per 20 stamp sheet.

Always Happy Stamping. John

Just rooting through a 1kg kiloware world lot I purchased in 2005 and woo hoo, I found an Australia, International greeting card rate, P stamp with personalized tab, although the personalised tab part has the original Post Office chosen picture instead of a customer's chosen picture.

Shows me the quality and wide range of that kiloware when I can come up with a stamp that fits in with my rather limited scope of collecting. That is from ebay seller weaver36 in Wales who sells Superb Unpicked World Kiloware (I know, the unpicked word, but it does seem to be that, really, from him). I paid about 2c per stamp in 2005 (roughly).

Good ones John.
Good you keep records of such stuff for the times.

Where is the second one and when?
Looks like an old photo of an oil well blow out or something.

That mangrove forest is scary looking a bit but I wish I could be there to see the trees. Probably a croc would eat me while I was admiring things. lol

edit: I see you changed the title to add 'personaliZed', thank you from all of us who spell things the 'other' way. I should go and add in the pesonalised word to the posts I can myself.

A "sister" oil rig that was having a bad day.

I wonder if rust effects the modern day self adhesives mint stamps? The paper has a plastic look to it these days.

I was looking around on Delcampe at some French stamps. Here is a nice personalized one (blurry pic though) from 2011, about the Order of Malta.

Puzzler,
I don't think your international post is a personalised stamp.
Std issue I think with "tab"

Rod,
I think I became confused by looking at ebay listings and some on there were described incorrectly or I just became excited by the idea that I actually had some in some kiloware.

edit: further research has shown that the 90c star stamp with tab was available with your own personalised tab in sheets of 20. The stamp I have shown would be the one put out by Australia Post with the personalized tab showing the post office's version of what could go there.

Here is a a New Zealand 60c Teddy Bear stamp with personalized label attached next to a Canada NVI personalized stamp, just received from rallymann. I think he must sneak these through or cancel them himself.

From New Zealand Post site at
http://stamps.nzpost.co.nz/shop/per...lised-stamps

these pics show their 2011 Personalised Stamps (10 different designs of stamps with personalized labels) and Personalised Postage (personalized picture on the stamp itself), the second choice more targeted at business and the first at people.

This is a similar idea to what Canada Post started out with in 2004 with the two different border designs. One intended for business and one for people, but it went opposite to what the post office expected and both designs are now used by all. You have to try it and learn yourself it, just like life.
