I purchased a large lot of Cinderellas last week and thought I'd post a teaser. I paid about .50 per stamp which may, or may not be a good deal. I'll post pix of the complete lot when I return from vacation ...

Rileysan,

Those bottom two are Erfurt Feldpost issues. I'm missing a few from my collection, so if you have anything that fills a hole and you'd be willing to part with, please let me know. I think the two shown are the white paper issues, which I don't need, but if they're yellow paper.!.!.!

revstampman,

Are you looking for any particular items from the set? I've seen quite a few available at several sources lately (just not the ones I need, unfortunately).

I think you got a good deal,
I use $1 as a base rate for cinderellas,
but will go to $10 if it is super snazzy.

Personally, I think Germany created some of the
best Art Deco stamps going around.
I just love 'em, but try to avoid them
at bourses, because they drain my wallet fast.

I honestly don't know where to start with these. I only took a few pictures tonight because I was working on the albums thread.

The first two are Erfurt Feldpost issues. They were issued by the Nachtjagd (night hunter) and Sturmjäger (storm hunter) Associations of the Luftwaffe's Air Intelligence School 5 at Bindersleben Air Base, Erfurt, Germany. They usually go for about $15-25 for the single, or $35-50 for the pair.

The remainder are iron ration stamps, with one sheet metal ration stamp (the overprinted one). They usually go for abot $7-20, depending on watermark and face value.

In the photo you originally posted on this thread, the bottom two are Erfurt Feldpost, the top right is a NSDAP (Nazi Party) donation stamp ($15-25), and the top left I'd have to check the literature.
