I haven't been able to find out much information about these Cinderellas either, however, I did stumble across a cover that shows usage of the "Hurry Up, This is for the Air Corps" label:

Thought it would be good to revive this thread to share some US WWII patriotic labels I acquired a while back.

These three tiny cindys certainly shout the red white and blue...

...this one touts free postage for servicemen...

...and this little guy actually predates them.
The NRA (no, not the National Rifle Association, or even the National Restaurant Association) was the National Recovery Act, FDR's solution, or part of it, to bring America out of the depression.

The Waves (American Women in War series) cachet is from PentArts (Collectors Surplus) of Kansas City, MO, as shown here in a similar example for the Army Nurse Corps:

I believe this would be the preferred catalog you'd need if you wanted to document and get details on all of the varied cachets used during World War II:

Labels and Cinderellas often appear on ebay as "posters" or "poster stamps" or "stamp posters."

Reading this thread reminded me that I have a few military-related cinderellas in my collection and dug this one out. It seems of the same genre as Stampfan9's booklet of U.S. Navy labels, except this one if for a Marine. The booklets probably could have been purchased "service specific" or maybe even mixed.

Below are three more military cinderellas on cover, the first nicely tied with a near bulls-eye cancel from Des Moines, Iowa. These look like recruiting labels for the Marine Corps Women Marine Reserve which was officially organized on Feb 13, 1943. The USMC also issued a set of recruitment labels for the regular Marine Corps which I believe pre-date WW II

DonSellos, Your Leatherneck Cinderella is much nicer looking than my Navy ones. I recently purchased another partial booklet with Army cinderellas. I for one will be on the lookout for the Leatherneck as well as the Air Corps so that I can have a Cinderella honoring each of the World War II USA uniformed branches of service.
