SG387 is the number for the original 3 cent stamp issued on 21/3/38; SG387c is the number for the 3 cent stamp issued in July 1941, with perf. 14. SG387f is the number for the 5 cent stamp, which was not issued until 1/1/43, after SG had allocated numbers for the rest of the set.
