Hello. I have a sheet of stamps with a diagonal line through the value of each stamp. I recently learned these are called "dummy stamps" and I am wondering if anyone really collects them and where to find the values. (I did not add a picture here). Thank you.

I know that if you are going to display a copy of a stamp in color in an advertisement, and the stamp is close to the actual size, then the USPS requires a diagonal line through the value. I don't recall ever seeing a sheet.
