What Was The First Post, On Scf?

WHY DO PEOPLE LEAVE ----Lots of different reasons ,some feel they can't waste time , some get bored ,some just give up collecting , some find the discussions repeative , and others feel they can't contribute because too many other more advance collectors .
The good thing people don't leave because of the fighting or being talk down too. There also no clicks or groups who pile on other posters. So maybe most of us stay because of the friendly attitude everyone has .

Why do people join and not post much?

For me, after lurking for a while I saw a couple of topics that I felt like commenting on, so I joined. Then I figured out that some of the features, such as email and auctions, were only available after 50 posts. I posted a few more times, then ran out of things to say that I thought others would be interested in.

I still lurk quite a bit, and may post once a month or so. At that rate it will be about 2 more years before I get to 50 posts!

There's nothing wrong with that philosophy! I'm sure that if more of us (me included) said something at the appropriate time rather than all the time, the world would be a better place.

Why is "I Love Stamps" being blocked? He's been around a long time. Also, I see some people being blocked with zero postings.??

They lock accounts when a person passes (and also change their tag to 'Rest In Peace').

..absolutely! Further on that subject, I had an almost disturbing revelation today. According to Kirk´s list I have made more posts in here than all other Norwegians together.... even 2x more Probably I should follow Gabriella77us philosophy and make less posts for the future...
