They do look nice! And they offer a "lot" of countries. For a WW collector such as myself, the cost, though, would be high indeed. Now if one was collecting even up to 10-15 countries or areas,then it might be quite feasible.
I still like Bill Steiner's album pages on demand approach for not much money other than the paper/printing costs. Steiner's album pages follow the Scott catalogue quite closely as far as page layout, so not hard to identify the stamp spaces either.
Palo albums uses Bill Steiners page program. I bought one of their page sets and it all seemed familiar then checked against the CD from Steiner and it's the same, titles, everything. Palo is on nice paper and has color illustrations- also a more attractive font- so that all may be worth the difference. What I don't like is you are forced to use their binders because of the page size that won't work with anything else; the binders are five ring, a bit odd and are a bit overpriced IMO. The pages are so wide that you cannpt get your own printed out to match at Kinko's or othert such places, as I do for other albums. They are nice, nhowever.
