HBA = High Bid Alert: I thought it would be interesting to post items from ebay with a crazy number of bids for discussion. We can oooh and ahhhhh or maybe even spot a fake here and there. I picked 30 bids as a "crazy" point since there's only 7 items right now with that many bids.

This particular one is at $2600 and 30 bids with almost 4 days left.

I noticed in the 1st question the seller did NOT answer the part of the question regarding whether the stamp could be returned if expertization produced a negative opinion.

In the 2nd question, the seller replies with that fool's phrase "I will even recommend you obtain a FIAP certificate after purchase but in my view not necessary, to save you $300."
