this stamp is driving me nuts, and I hope others are still up out there. I can find the 1952 imperforated version, but cannot find any info on this perforated version. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated and helpful. Thank you :)

It looks to be Scott #C404 but with an Official overprint which I couldn't see listed either.

Stanley Gibbons (1969)
has it B.o.b (official) at SG0215 1966 2c viol and brn
It does not mention perf or imperf.

Modern catalogues, may be adjusted.

Listed in SG SOTW 2010 as SG701(1966), [2c, not the 2l]. The original stamp was SG O508(1952).
