Okay, every invert in the world is worth something, except this one. Scott does not even mention the invert. Is it that common? Anyone know? This, I think, is Russia Scott 208 1912 Offices in the Turkish Empire?
As far as I know there are no genuine inverted oveprints on this issue. This one's a forgery with the letter shapes not quite right (especially the "R").
Thanks Nigel. Hey next time forgery or not, could you tell me my stamp is worth millions? Just for the heck of it, just one time. Thanks, marked is as forgery. :) Jeff
