I found this, still looking for information, in the meantime I thought I`ll show it. Nagyvarad now Oradea in Romania. Szent Laszlo (St. Ladislaus I. of Hungary) is the patron saint of the city (the golden medieval reliquary still found there).

Thj. abbreviation= `torvenyhatosagi jogu varos`, can`t translate it to english, but it refers to the fact, that a city is a municipality, with local authority. Denomination `PENGO` so issued bw. 1940-1945.
