Yes all the stamps are from Ukraine. The blue stamp with girl portrait facing left is the SC#3 issued in 1918 with minimal value of 0.20 cents for both mint and used copies. Rest of the stamps were prepared but not issued in 1920(guessing due to Soviet take over) the set contains 14 stamps starts with 1griven to 200 griven.My scott values it for 3USD.;)
The currency is the Ukrainian hryvnia - the same name as Ukraine's currency today. Many catalogues use the abbreviation "gr" but the letter that has a "g" sound in Russian has an "h" sound in Ukrainian.
